Pablo Uranga: Reflection group 3

Teamwork is the thing that has helped us grow and evolve throughout all of human history. Teamwork brings people together and helps us go to greater heights. In this project the groups talked about chapters 3,9 and 10. All the groups showed amazing teamwork and used all their skills to put together these wonderful presentations that we saw in class. Others have come to believe that initiatives that want to transform struggling communities need to find ways to break down the separation that exists between the initiative’s leaders and staff and the people whose lives are supposed to be helped.       The twin pandemics of COVID-19 and systemic racism have thrust the challenges people across the diaspora face into sharp relief. But anti-racial discrimination and the struggle for freedom and racial equality globally....
